We specialise in helping property owners look after their homes in their absence. We understand that every homeowner has their own unique way of maintaining their property, and therefore will create a program designed specifically for each individual need.

So that we can give you an accurate idea of your cost, we must discuss with you the individual characteristics of your home, your lifestyle, etc – that way we will be able to provide you with the most complete package for your home management needs.

Included in the General Package are the following, flushing toilets, running water faucets in sinks, showers and bathtubs, inspecting for leaks, checking heating & air-conditioning, making seasonal adjustments according to owners requirement, checking operation of all appliances, such as TVs, stereos, videos, etc, running dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, checking water heater for leaks, confirming all windows & doors are secured on each visit, checking alarm system operation, checking and replacing interior and exterior light bulbs (supplying at additional cost if required), changing interior lighting schedules, adjusting blinds and window coverings, check for insects, watering indoor plants, confirming irrigation, landscape lighting and swimming pool timer operations, remove newspapers, flyers & mail from property, checking garage door operation, starting vehicle regularly, secured key storage, etc.

A summary report to the owners about the state of the house and, if necessary, which repairs have to be carried out is sent regularly by e-mail.

In addition to our regular visits and upkeep of the property, repairs are occasionally needed to make sure the property is kept in optimum condition. This is charged out by hour by the home management consultant and sent out to the owner on a monthly basis along with the technician’s repair invoice.

As we have such an extensive knowledge of the area and have worked with many companies on the Coast, we will always be able to offer you the most efficient and cost effective technicians and builders.

We will also make sure of doing a complete walk through of the property after heavy rainfall, storms and extreme weather. We oversee all monthly contracted services such as pool and garden maintenance services. We will provide cleaning services where needed or oversee your cleaner if preferred. Prior to your arrival or the arrival of any guests we know you will need various additional items, which can be discussed on an individual need.
